The Interceptor, our newest Custom Alliance Knife takes one of Tactical Legend Allen Elishewitz's most practical custom patterns and dresses it up with a recurved blade and his unique Bolster Lock element--a brawny Titanium framelock chassis that is precision machined to accept handle scales, in this case 3D-machined black “wormhole” G-10 for a unique, futuristic look and amazing grip.
The Interceptor’s recurved main edge optimizes cutting performance of the 154CM American made, extra high carbon stainless tool steel blade. 154CM was initially developed for jet turbine components, so it is ideal for tough-wearing, long-lasting knife blades.
The Titanium bolster lock achieves the brute strength of a framelock design with the contoured feel and eye-pleasing look of a liner lock.
Because of the intricate machining involved, Allen only handcrafts a handful of bolster lock based knives per year. The precision of this knife will be sure to impress the most discriminating aficionado. A unique, machined Titanium pocket clip is standard. This brawny tactical piece will impress you with its smooth flipper operation and flawless execution.
